After your discharge, you will receive a Feedback Form to evaluate your hospital experience. Your opinion is very important to us. We encourage you to fill out the Feedback Form and help us use this information to make improvements in our service. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality and compassionate care and to make your stay a comfortable one.


Admission & Discharge

All hospital services require that you be registered. Normally, you register at the hospital upon admission. If you are admitted to the hospital under urgent conditions, a staff member will meet with the family member to take the relevant information.


As you prepare to leave, our team will ensure that your transition is as smooth as possible & that all of your queries about continuing care are answered.
